4.2 You may hold only one active account on the dk99 platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or consecutively — constitutes a breach of these Terms. dk99 will close all duplicate accounts identified and may void any balances or winnings associated with them.
4.3 You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date at all times. You must notify dk99 support promptly of any changes to your registered mobile number, email address, or other identifying information.
4.4 Account registration is personal to you. You may not transfer, assign, sell, or otherwise dispose of your dk99 account to any third party. Allowing a third party to operate your account is prohibited.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dk99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 dk99 will never request your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from dk99 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to dk99 support immediately.
5.3 You must notify dk99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security compromise of your login credentials. dk99 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account following such notification.
5.4 dk99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials or your failure to notify dk99 of a suspected security breach promptly.
5.5 dk99 reserves the right to suspend any account where there is a reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, fraudulent activity, or security compromise, pending investigation.
dk99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, SadaPay, 1LINK, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. All deposits are credited in PKR. dk99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods without prior notice.

7.2 Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim the same offer multiple times constitutes bonus abuse.
7.3 Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. 9.5 Winnings from sports bets are credited to your real money balance upon settlement. Settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute, dk99's interpretation of the applicable sports betting rules shall be final.

13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes dk99's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13.5 dk99 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's use of the platform in breach of these Terms or in breach of applicable law.
14.1 dk99's collection, processing, and storage of personal data is governed by the dk99 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through dk99's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the dispute resolution process applicable under dk99's gaming licence.
16.2 Prior to initiating formal dispute proceedings, Players are required to submit a complaint to dk99 support in writing, setting out the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought. dk99 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
16.3 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction.
